Profitability: what the software shows and what depends on your data
Tracking hours is the first step. To understand actual profitability, internal costs, rates and billed amounts must be configured correctly. Reporting depth differs between platforms and may require configuration, exports or customisation. We do not promise automatic job-cost accounting without assessing your requirements.

Kimai and solidtime are independent third-party projects, with open-source code under the AGPL-3.0 licence. Elegia Studio is not the author of either platform: we provide implementation, configuration, integration and support services. The open-source core can be used without a mandatory software subscription; hosting, services and optional commercial extensions may have separate costs. Modifications and network use are subject to the relevant licence obligations.
