Sales, purchasing, customers, suppliers, inventory, projects and financial management: discover business software designed to connect teams, processes and information. Elegia Studio assesses, installs and tailors ERPNext to your business needs.
Independent open-source project · Implementation and integrations subject to technical assessment.
One spreadsheet for inventory. Another application for customers. Orders handled by email. Financial information in a separate system. As a business grows, information becomes duplicated and it gets harder to see what is really happening.
ERPNext is designed to bring business processes together on an integrated platform, enabling teams across departments to work with connected information.
ERPNext is an open-source ERP system with modules covering a wide range of business operations. The precise configuration, enabled modules and workflows depend on each project.
Manage contacts, opportunities, quotations, sales orders and customer relationships.
Track purchase requests, supplier orders, goods receipts and purchasing workflows.
Manage items, stock movements and inventory across multiple locations.
Bring together financial records, documents, accounts and management reports, subject to configuration and local requirements.
Organise bills of materials, work orders and the monitoring of production activities.
Coordinate projects, responsibilities, tasks and time tracking across teams.
ERPNext can provide a foundation for organisations with different processes. The starting point is always to review existing systems, integration needs and business priorities.
Elegia Studio did not develop ERPNext and does not claim to be an official project partner. We offer assessment services and, subject to technical validation, open-source software implementation and customisation.

ERPNext is developed by Frappe and its community, with source code available under the GPLv3 licence. Explore the original project at frappe.io/erpnext.
The open-source edition can be used without a commercial per-user software licence, but hosting, configuration, customisation, integrations and support may involve costs. Project scope and pricing are agreed following an assessment.
Before implementation, we assess technical requirements, dependencies, data migration, limitations and applicable legal obligations.
Tell us how your business operates today, where the biggest challenges lie and what you would like to improve. We can assess whether ERPNext is a suitable fit and how it might be implemented.
