Turn Your Screens Into Powerful Digital Communication Tools

Display promotions, digital menus, advertising campaigns, videos and useful information through professional screens. Manage content remotely, schedule what appears and give your business a more modern, consistent visual identity.

One screen or an entire network. Your content, your brand, your control.
Make every screen work for your business

A television can do much more than display a static image

Many businesses already have televisions and monitors in their shops, reception areas, restaurants and offices. Yet those screens are often used to display repetitive content, manually updated images or ordinary television.

Digital signage turns those displays into managed communication channels. Instead of replacing posters, updating USB drives or travelling between locations, businesses can organise campaigns, schedule content and manage screens through software designed for that purpose.

From a single digital menu to a network of screens across several stores, independent digital signage solutions can deliver a professional experience while allowing greater control over technology, content and operating costs.

More visibility. Better presentation. Less manual work.

Communicate the right message, on the right screen, at the right time

Present new products in the morning, lunchtime offers at midday and evening promotions later in the day. Show different campaigns in different locations while maintaining a consistent brand. Your screens become an active part of the customer experience, not simply decoration.

What can digital signage do for your business?

Promotions & Advertising
Present offers, new collections, products and promotional campaigns through engaging images, videos and visual messages. Update the communication as your business evolves.
Remote Content Updates
Change messages and media without manually replacing files on every device. Supported centralised systems make it possible to update screens across different locations.
Scheduled Campaigns
Schedule content by date, time or display location, depending on the selected platform. Adapt communication to opening hours, special events and seasonal campaigns.
Digital Menus & Information
Present restaurant menus, opening hours, service information, event programmes, visitor guidance and other frequently updated information through clear digital displays.
Consistent Brand Identity
Use coordinated colours, graphics, messages and presentations across your displays. Give customers a more professional and recognisable brand experience.
One Screen or Multiple Locations
Start with a single display or choose a platform designed for centrally managed screen networks. Different locations may show shared campaigns or their own local information.
Presentation is part of the customer experience

Make your business look as professional as the services you provide

First impressions matter. A carefully designed screen can communicate current offers, explain services and reinforce a business identity in a modern way.

Customers no longer need to rely on outdated posters or ask staff for information that could be clearly presented on a display. Digital signage can make communication easier to understand and more attractive.

The result depends on the quality of the content, the screen placement and the viewing environment. Software provides the tools; thoughtful communication creates the value.

Solutions for different business sizes

Small Business
A Single Digital Screen

A café, boutique or waiting room can use one screen to present menus, offers and announcements. A simple local player may be sufficient, depending on the required functions.

Growing Business
Several Screens, One Location

Manage different messages across reception, sales areas and customer spaces. A centralised platform can simplify content administration when multiple displays are involved.

Multi-Location Organisation
A Network of Managed Displays

Coordinate promotional campaigns across stores, branches or offices while allowing different locations to display relevant local content. Central management requires a compatible platform.

Where can digital signage make a difference?

Retail Stores & Shopping Areas
Highlight new arrivals, seasonal campaigns, promotions, featured products and brand messages throughout the customer journey.
Restaurants, Cafés & Bakeries
Display digital menus, daily specials, breakfast and lunch offers, product images and information that changes during the day.
Hotels & Hospitality
Welcome guests, present hotel services, restaurant information, events, meeting schedules and useful visitor guidance.
Clinics & Waiting Areas
Share opening hours, service explanations, general health information and practical announcements in reception and waiting areas.
Gyms & Sports Facilities
Present class timetables, events, membership information, promotional campaigns and notices for members and visitors.
Offices, Schools & Institutions
Communicate announcements, internal news, visitor information, event programmes and other relevant organisational messages.
A practical example

Imagine managing promotional screens across five stores

Your business operates five stores, each with two screens. Instead of visiting every location to replace promotional materials, the marketing team prepares a campaign and publishes it through a central management platform.

The new collection appears across the entire network. A special offer runs only in selected stores. Another campaign starts automatically on the scheduled date. Each location can display relevant local information.

With a compatible system, screen assignments, schedules and campaign updates can be managed remotely. Less time is spent on manual distribution, and communication becomes easier to coordinate.

Already have televisions or monitors?

You may be able to use existing displays instead of purchasing an entirely new signage system. Many setups use a compact computer or compatible media player connected to the television or monitor through HDMI.

Depending on the solution, that device may be a Raspberry Pi, mini-PC or computer running a supported operating system. Other commercial display platforms may require licensed players or specific screen models.

Equipment suitability must be checked before installation, especially for continuous operation, connectivity, screen orientation, media playback and remote management. Hardware supply and physical installation can be evaluated separately from software configuration.

Technology with greater independence

Professional digital signage without mandatory software subscriptions

Open-source signage software makes it possible to create self-hosted systems without a mandatory recurring licence for the free components. This can be particularly attractive for businesses operating multiple screens or locations.

Not every player or integration is free. Some operating systems and commercial screen platforms require paid licences. Hosting, equipment, connectivity, installation and maintenance also have costs.

The right decision depends on how many displays you need, the functions required and the total operating cost. We help identify the solution that best matches your actual requirements.

Open-source technologies

Different screens. Different ways to manage them.

Elegia Studio evaluates independent digital signage technologies according to your displays, locations, content requirements and management needs. These platforms are alternatives, not components that must be installed together.

Your screens. Your content. Your identity.

Make digital communication part of your brand

A digital signage system can grow with your business. Start with a display that presents useful messages, or implement a centrally managed environment for multiple screens and establishments.

The objective is not simply to put content on a television. It is to create a communication channel that is easier to update, better organised and more consistent with your business image.
